Down Syndrome News & Updates

Love & Learning was developed Joe & Susan Kotlinski. After their daughter was born with Down Syndrome, the doctor told them that they must be realistic and face the fact that their daughter might learn to feed & cloth herself but would not be able to learn higher functioning tasks such as reading. They decided to try to teach her anyway. Because they were not able to find learning materials that were suited to her special learning needs, they decided to make their own to help her with language & reading development. The results were amazing. Encouraged by their daughter's preschool teacher they decided to share the technique with other families.
