Access KeysSitewide Access Keys:
The "access key" allows you to use a keyboard shortcut to skip the main navigation menu and go directly to the content. This can be extremely helpful to users who employ a screen reader to read our web site aloud. How the access key is activated depends on the browser; Windows users typically hold the Alt key while pressing the letter or number defined in the accesskey attribute, while Macintosh users typically hold Control and the accesskey. If the user presses Alt-S (Windows) or Control-S (Macintosh) at any time on the page, the focus will move to the link; they can then press Enter to follow the link.
